The meeting opened at 6:37 p.m. in the Worcester room of the Student Union.  Secretaries report given and excepted as read.

President Roger Crous entertained a motion that the meeting be adjourned at 7:25 p.m. MST.

Reports

First Vice President reported on the homecoming parade and that the blood drive would be the week of October 26 through 29th.

Second Vice President reported that the smoker Wednesday night was good and that the pledge initiation will be held Friday night at 8 p.m. in the colonial lounge.  He would like all the brothers there.

Third Vice President reported on the possibility of having a ditto machine and that Margo Marzten is one of the three finalists the homecoming queen.

Fellowship Chairman discussed intramurals.  The straw vote was taken on those interested in APO sweatshirts: 13 are interested.  There are five people interested in a bowling team.

Treasurer reported that we are collecting dues and we will be putting people in category starting October 10, 1965.  Books are still being audited.  Treasurer spoke on changing the movies from Saturday night.

Old Business

The homecoming concert will be held Sunday, October 17 from two to four.  It will feature the Swingle Singers and Joe and 80.  Carlos Ignacio spoke on the publicity for the concert.  All chairs must be set up before 10 a.m. Sunday..

Move: to give 2000 tickets to the Student Union for sale for the homecoming concert.  MSP.
